KCADC's 2012 Annual Meeting Luncheon – "What We Do" – celebrated the many ways KC companies impact the world through innovation and creativity. By looking at what we do as a region, explored how KC is improving lives around the globe.

We also welcomed award-winning writer Charles Duhigg as this year's Annual Meeting keynote presenter. Charles is author of The Power of Habit… Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business, currently at the top of the business best-seller lists. Duhigg shared real world examples of companies that were able to change routine and outdated behaviors to create tremendous competitive advantage.
